Residing in the metro Atlanta area, X.O LaGarde is a licensed Master Cosmetologist and Cosmetology Educator. He is a Graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies.

He also earned his cosmetology training from Empire Beauty School. X.O is the owner of Rated X Hair Artistry and is the manager of head of hair for The XTC Project. He specializes in Bridal hair and editorial looks for

photography and publications.

Throughout his career, he has worked internationally in Paris, France styling and educating.

In addition, he has worked in TV production, worked for Fashion shows, and has acquired clients ranging from everyday business

woman to Authors and artists, WNBA players, Miss Georgia USA 2016, and reality TV celebrities. “I’m basically the big brother or

best friend you always wish you had!”
