If you purchased your products from a Platform Artist after September 3, 2019, you should have received an email with your username and password with access to the Pretty In A Minute Professional Website.

You no longer need to register your individual products to activate the warranty. Simply, keep a copy of your receipt which was emailed to you at the time of purchase.

How do I get access to the website?

You must purchase thru the student program to get access to the website. You should have received an email with your user name and password when you made a purchase from our Platform Artist. If you did not get the email, fill out the request below and we will email you within 24 business hours.

How do I register my hot tools I just purchased to be eligible for the warranty?

You don’t have to! Just keep a copy of the receipt you received when you purchased your items.

I didn’t receive a copy of my receipt in my email when I purchased.

Please check your spam or junk folder. If you can not see it in any of your email folders, fill out the information below and we will email you another copy. We can only provide copies of receipts for purchases after 01/01/17.
